INFO ,, though she'll never admit it, sydney once loved this guy with every fiber of her being. they were perfect together and it was even pretty clear that they were soulmates. how they met is completely up to you but it should be something cute/dorky. they were pretty serious for a year or two, but one day, he was just gone. it destroyed syd and since then, she's been completely closed off, thinking he up and left her. they had gotten in an argument over his twin brother who was stalking her the night before he left, which is why she thinks he left. however, all of his things in their apartment were left behind so it didn't add up why he split town. it turns out his brother had killed him and for some reason, he couldn't reach out vocally to sydney. she assumed it was her dreams/pain haunting her when in reality, it was his spirit. how or why it's happened is up to you but he's been brought back to life by a necromancer and is here to avenge his death. i'm thinking the spell his twin used to kill him was broken when he was turned into a demon...or maybe he had a friend who resurrected him. up to you. only when he comes back for the girl, he'll find his brother in his place.

INFO ,, this dude is bad, bad news. he almost died when they were born and since that, he's always been the lesser twin. he felt as though his parents never loved him as much and he was never afforded the same opportunities. even though his brother loved him, he became bitter and often turned to violence and dark magic to act out his pain. when the good twin started dating sydney a few years back, the bad twin fell in love with her too. he was jealous of his brother and wanted syd for himself, among other things that he desired. he killed his brother with black magic, just before selling his soul to the devil and becoming a demon. about a month ago, he surfaced in sleepy hollow and came back into syd's life. she thinks he's the good twin and he's playing the part well. his hope is to take her as his demonic bride and if she denies, he'll sacrifice her to the horseman.
