HISTORY: this guy, duncan's brother, has come up against the law quite a few times in his life, always stirring up trouble of some kind or another, and it's usually been ducan's job to take care of him, which is why his brother got him a job at GENEtic. other than that, it's up to you. 
CURRENT: steve probably doesn't get along with cole too well, maybe some resentment because now his brother's helping out some other dude and paying less attention to him? just an idea, it's totally yours to decide.
