INFO ,, if you've seen supernatural, the dynamic there should be similar. matthew never really wanted this life but always seems to get dragged into it just when he's found some happiness. until about a year ago, he was estranged from the family, living in colorado where he was doing his own thing. but now that he's back in it, he's in it for good with jax, even though he won't yet admit it. there is something wrong with him thought and it goes back to the curse that was placed upon his descendant, ichabod crane. matty has started having visions and horrible headaches, of something dark and dangerous. this is odd, simply because he is nothing but a mortal. it's the horsemen trying to draw him into sleepy hollow, to use him as a weapon against his brother, who is the only person who can defeat the horseman. he tries to deny anything's wrong with him but really, there's no avoiding it. jax and matty tend to joke around but mostly they're hiding their true emotions from one another.

INFO ,, alex is the baby of the crane family and the one who always has to get her way. just because she's the youngest or a girl doesn't mean she gets pushed around. in fact, she's the one usually doing the pushing. it was that mentality which got her in trouble on a hunt, causing her to get turned into a vampire. while she should have hated it, she's discovered she actually likes it and has gone a little wild, dropping bodies here and there. jackson's dad made sure to tell him to put her down but he simply can't do it. instead, he's been tracking her so that he can save her and turn her back into a mortal. even though it can't be done, he's convinced he'll find a way. alex, meanwhile, is playing a game of cat and mouse. she'll let her oldest brother get close then disappear, just for the fun of it. all the while, she's kept in regular contact with matty behind his back.

PERSONALITY ,, sarcastic, prankster, hard to take seriously at times but gives great advice, father-figure.

INFO ,, this guy did a fair job raising the crane children for a year or two. he was their father's marine buddy but they often referred to him as their uncle. he's been privy to the supernatural world most of his life, either because he was exposed to it through a certain even or because he himself is a wiccan...up to you. regardless, he's going to be a fairly important guy in helping them get through the apocalypse ordeal.

INFO ,, the masbeth's ancestor who was survived was only a young boy when the horseman took his parent's lives. after that, ichabod crane took him in under his wing, treating him like a brother. that boy survived to have a family, thus creating these two siblings, hundreds of years later. the boy is a whitelighter and like some twist of fate, has been tasked to look after the cranes. it's always as if fate is reversing the roles of the crane/masbeth relationship from so many years ago. while the cranes are currently unaware of his existence, they are sure to become best friends some day.

INFO ,, This lady is the last of the van tassel family. she is a wiccan and more or less just wants to live her life as normally as possible. still, she can't deny magic is in her blood, causing her to unintentionally use her powers sometimes. her family has had this curse on them since the horseman first struck over two hundred years ago. each generation has had a person die. both of her parents died in a car accident and now that she's all that's left, she's convinced she's next. her and jackson crane have been an on again/off again thing, which seems fitting seeing as their great ancestors were once in love.
if you read jackson's app, you will note that they were once engaged and he called it off, fearful the supernatural would come to get her through him. little did he know, she herself is a wiccan.
